Will servicing here affect my new-car warranty?
No. Under EU block exemption rules an independent workshop may service your vehicle to the manufacturer's schedule without voiding the warranty, provided the correct parts and specifications are used — which is what we do, and we document it.
Do you give a price before starting work?
Yes. We diagnose first, then quote. If we find something extra once the vehicle is open, we call you and agree it before continuing.
