1. Company Information
These terms and conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by ZSA Logistikk AS, trading as Nordic Camper & Auto ("the Company"), a company registered in Norway.
2. Scope of Services
Nordic Camper & Auto provides custom camper van conversion services. All quotations provided through this website are non-binding and subject to confirmation. Final pricing and delivery terms will be agreed upon in a separate written contract.
3. Quotation Requests
Submitting a quotation request through our website does not constitute a binding order. It is an expression of interest that initiates a consultation process. We will respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
4. Consumer Rights (Forbrukerkjøpsloven)
For consumers based in Norway, the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) applies. You have the right to:
- Receive products that conform to the agreed specifications
- Complain about defects within a reasonable time (up to 5 years for durable goods)
- Receive repair, replacement, or price reduction for defective products
5. EU Distance Selling Regulations
For EU customers, the EU Distance Selling Directive applies to online transactions. Given the bespoke nature of our products, the right of withdrawal may be limited for customized orders as permitted under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
6. Warranty
All camper van conversions come with a minimum 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in the purchase agreement.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the conversion. The Company will keep customers informed of any changes to estimated delivery dates.
8. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in the individual purchase agreement. Standard terms require a deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due prior to delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or consequential losses except where required by mandatory law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Norwegian courts or the Norwegian Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukertvistutvalget) where applicable.
